Design and Design Management for a 65 key Boutique Hotel with a GFA of 12,000 sq m and Luxury apartments for Developer MERAAS, as part of a masterplan on Dubai Water Canal. Project Director and Design Management of all disciplines including Interior Designers GEO ID; project taken from inception to Scheme Design.

Interior fit out for Government Investment Authority Executive offices and Customer Service Centre. Responsible for a full design package to Construction Documents.

Masdar Fit-out, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Masdar Headquarters in Abu Dhabi; a 27,000 sq m building that Masdar/ADFEC were to occupy. A 22,000 sq m fit-out project was designed by AS+GG in anticipation of Masdar’s occupancy. Charles was their representative based in the UAE and worked closely with Masdar on a daily basis; as well as liaising with Head of Interior Design at AS+GG and attending key presentations with the Partners.
