We provide consultancy and representation services to Design Consultants and Real Estate Developers, managing the Lead Consultant role and sub-consultant selection and management including Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, Lighting Designers and a wide range of specialist consultancies. With a presence in Riyadh and Dubai and through our extensive network we are able to connect you with the appropriate Consultants, Architects of Record and Specialists based in the Middle East. Our services include assistance with bidding with advice on how to benchmark fees, market positioning of your Company and which projects to target. We also pre-qualify your organisation for appropriate projects and make introductions to potential Clients, working with your business development team in your home location. For Clients we offer Design review and management services, brief development and feasibility studies to establish the potential ROI, working with our network of specialists.

During design stages, we offer representation of your company with particular emphasis on KSA and the UAE. We can offer strong leadership and Design management as well as assisting with project set-up, coordination and Client stakeholder management and interface. Working with many well known clients in the Middle East over the years we have considerable knowledge of their companies and many contacts within them.

We are able to provide our services on an hourly, weekly or monthly basis at reasonable rates or can work on a commission basis or combination of the two approaches. If additional site based staff are required we can assist in sourcing based on a commission for successful recruits.
