Luxury Residential & Boutique Hotel, Dubai Water Canal
Design and Design Management for a 65 key Boutique Hotel with a GFA of 12,000 sq m and Luxury apartments for Developer MERAAS, as part of a masterplan on Dubai Water Canal. Project Director and Design Management of all disciplines including Interior Designers GEO ID; project taken from inception to Scheme Design.

Private House, Arkley, Hertfordshire, UK
A new house for a private Client, as a place to retire. Initially the house started as a modest project with a limited budget but grew in scope and quality of specification as the work progressed. Collett + Farmer was responsible for Concept to Completion including costs control, contract administration & site supervision.
‘Koy’ (Zekeriakoy), Residential Development, Istanbul
Design and Design Management for a 48 Hectare Residential masterplan for Istanbul based developer Siyahkalem, to create a district of 1000 residential dwellings of various sizes and types with a commercial centre, schools and mosques. A total BUA of 220,000 sq m is planned on hillside terrain heavily wooded with 7,700 listed trees, which are to be preserved as a public park.

Stepney City, Affordable Housing, City of London, UK
Collett + Farmer delivered the design for the affordable housing of a luxury residential development by Roger Black Developments, integrated as part of a private residential masterplan with Contractor Eugena. The 16 units were built to Concept design by Ellis Williams Architects, with Collett + Farmer developing it to Construction documents and site supervision. In addition, Collett + Farmer were asked to prepare Construction Documents for the complex steel framed Penthouse that extended the existing building by two levels.
