One Dubai, Supertall Tower Dubai
One Dubai is a trio of supertall towers of staggered heights, each at least 600 metres in height, joined near the base, creating one of the tallest and largest proposed mega structures in the world, designed by Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill Architecture. Charles was Client representative for AS+GG based in MERAAS Offices for this megastructure.

Mixed-use mega-structure and tallest building in the world. Client representative in Dubai and support to the Director of Supertall Technology at presentations to the PMO (EMAAR) and coordination meetings at the initial stages of Concept Design.

MERAAS Tower, Jumierah Garden City, Dubai, UAE
Concept design for a 112-storey mixed use tower comprising offices, residential, hotel and serviced apartments with retail at ground level. Charles was responsible for initial brief development with the Client’s Hospitality and Retail team.
1 Park Avenue , Jumeirah Garden City, Dubai, UAE
Senior representative for Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill Architecture based in the Client’s office (MERAAS), responsible for daily liaison, presentations and coordination with the Client as well as Design Management. Concept design for a 550 metre, 116-Storey tower with three podium buildings and basement parking structure.
